Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield will host the National Plan Automation Group (NPAG) Conference to be held in scenic Lake Placid, NY from Sunday September 7th - Wednesday September 10th, 2008.

The conference will focus not only on a variety of edi and eCommerce solutions, but the business value to be realized by those solutions. With the blend of technology and business discussions planned, we would like to encourage those in the EDI, eCommerce, HIT, Pharmacy, Provider Relations, Provider Operations and Health Care Affairs arenas to attend. The conference allows Plan staff to share their edi journeys and experiences; their ideas, successes, and challenges. Open forum discussions with industry experts and Association colleagues are also planned.

Some of the topics to be discussed are electronic solutions for paper attachments, real-time claims, EHRs, e-Prescribing, web portal strategies, edi adoption strategies, incentive programs, upcoming government and Association mandates and retention strategies for our greatest resource - talented staff.
